Orders may remain pending or unprocessed for several reasons:
- **Provider capacity** – During high-volume periods or maintenance, our providers may temporarily pause new orders. Your order will resume automatically when capacity is available.
- **Insufficient funds** – If your account or our provider’s balance is low, your order may wait until funds are available. Please ensure your account has enough balance before placing orders.
- **Invalid or duplicate link** – Orders with incorrect or duplicate links/handles cannot be processed. Please double‑check the link or username you entered.
- **Large quantity or custom requests** – High quantities or special requirements may require manual review before processing.
If your order is still pending or unprocessed after a reasonable time (usually within 24 hours), contact our support team with your Order ID so we can investigate and expedite it.
