Fan Studio is a creative space for original personal art and video. Using it means following these content and photo-consent rules, including when using Advanced Image or Video models.

01 / What is not allowed

• Real public figures, including celebrities, politicians, athletes and other identifiable public personalities.
• Copyrighted characters, including requests to recreate or impersonate them.
• Sexual content, and any sexualized or suggestive depiction of minors.
• Impersonation, deceptive identity claims, or nonconsensual uses of someone’s likeness.

Keep your subject original. A template is not permission to use protected characters or another person’s identity. Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to preserve likeness.

02 / Your photo, your responsibility

This studio is for adults aged 18 or older. Reference photos must depict consenting adults, not minors; uncertain ages may be rejected. You must own the photo or have permission to use it, and have the depicted subject’s consent to AI processing and the intended use. Do not upload private or intimate imagery, or anything you do not have the right to share with the processing providers.

The browser resizes uploads to a maximum 1,024px edge and re-encodes them as JPEG of at most 2 MB before sending. Do not rely on this preparation as a guarantee of anonymity.

03 / Processing and provider privacy

Your photo and any advanced subject text are processed transiently through SocialFansGeek servers, OpenRouter and the selected upstream generation provider. This is not a promise of third-party zero retention: providers’ terms, privacy policies and retention practices apply independently.

Review OpenRouter’s privacy policy and the terms of the upstream provider associated with your selected model before sharing sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive material if you are not comfortable with that processing.

04 / Save the output you want to keep

Uploaded photos, subject text and generated images are kept in this page’s memory only, not browser storage. Images are available only in the original tab that received them; closing or reloading it loses that access. Download your image before leaving. FLUX outputs download in their original format without a marketing-mark toggle, preserving any embedded provider credentials. Other supported outputs may offer PNG export with a freely removable “Made on SocialFansGeek” marketing mark.

Account history keeps job metadata such as name, settings, status, timing, price and recorded refunds, rather than a permanent image gallery. Video is not part of this image launch. Any earlier video outputs and download availability expire.

05 / Exact prices and interrupted connections

A price confirmation appears before a generation purchase. Only confirm a quote you want to buy. Existing poster credits are separate from Fan Studio wallet purchases. History shows recorded charges, refunds and any pending cost reconciliation.

If a connection is lost, refresh activity to check the job. The studio does not automatically resubmit generation purchases. An image may not be recoverable if the original stream is interrupted. Video jobs can continue processing and are checked periodically.

06 / Report abuse or an unsafe result

Sign in and open your recent activity in Fan Studio. Choose “Report result” on the relevant job, describe the concern, and submit the form. Reports are sent for review; submitting a report does not automatically trigger a refund. Do not redistribute harmful output.

07 / Applicable model terms

By confirming a generation, you agree to comply with the OpenRouter terms and the terms for the selected model and its upstream provider. The initial paid image tools use FLUX through Black Forest Labs. Its Developer Terms (or EU Developer Terms, where applicable), Usage Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these usage rules. Only submit material you have the rights and consents to process; never submit minors, sensitive personal information or prohibited content.

Your photo and facial likeness are processed to create artwork, not to operate a face-recognition or surveillance service. Third-party privacy and retention policies apply. Do not use the service if you do not consent to this processing.

You must review an output before using it and follow applicable law and third-party rights. Commercial use depends on those rights and provider terms; we do not promise exclusive copyright or clearance. Do not remove, alter or obscure required AI provenance credentials, or misrepresent AI output as human-created. FLUX results use original-file downloads without a marketing-mark option to preserve embedded credentials. Our optional marketing mark on other supported outputs is separate from provider provenance protections. We may suspend access for misuse or breaches of these rules.
