What do my order statuses mean?


Your order goes through several statuses as it moves through our system:

- **Unprocessed** – The order has been received but not yet sent to our providers. This usually happens when we need to verify your payment or there is a temporary delay.

- **Pending** – The order has been sent to the provider and is waiting to be accepted. This may take a few minutes to several hours depending on provider availability.

- **In Progress** – The provider has accepted the order and is currently working on delivering your requested service.

- **Completed** – The service has been fully delivered.

- **Partial** – Only part of your order could be delivered due to restrictions or provider stock. You will be refunded for the undelivered portion.

- **Cancelled** – You requested the order to be cancelled or the service was stopped before completion.

- **Refunded** – Your payment has been returned because the service could not be delivered.

- **Failed** – The provider could not deliver the service due to an invalid link, service being out of stock, or other issues. We will refund your payment.
